Classic Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Cold water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Ripe tomatoes 3 , peeled and chopped
  Green pepper 1 Large, shredded
  White onion 1 Small, sliced very thin
  Cucumbers 2 , diced or sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Dry french bread chunks/Italian bread chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Small Chunks)
Directions

This is a classic Spanish soup, though there are almost as many ways of making it as there are Spanish and Portuguese regions.
This is a typical recipe.
Mix the ingredients in a large wooden bowl, in the order given.
Mix well after each addition.
At the end drop the chunks of bread on top and chill the soup thoroughly.
Serve very cold.
