Spanish Rice And Beans

Ingredients
  Canned condensed chili beef soup 11 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  V8 vegetable juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Quick cooking rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper/1 can, 4 ounces chopped green chilies, drained 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir together all ingredients until well blended.
Cover with lid; microwave on high 10 minutes or until rice is done, stirring once during cooking.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Stir before serving.
