|Cucumbers||2 , peeled, seeded and cut in 1 inch chunks|
|Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned / Homemade)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), quartered|
|Chopped scallions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (White And Tender Greens)|
|Plain yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh dill||4 Tablespoon (Add More Quantity As Needed)|
|Fresh tomatoes||2 , chopped (For Garnish)|
Place cucumbers, 1 cup of the chicken broth, garlic, and scallions in food processor.
Process to desired consistency.
Remove to serving bowl and blend well with yogurt, vinegar, 2 tablespoons of the dill, and remaining chicken broth.
Top each serving with chopped tomatoes and a generous helping of fresh dill.
