|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Spicy spanish sausage||1 Pound, cut into thin rounds|
|Ground coriander||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry red rioja wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Saute garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add sausage and brown lightly.
Add coriander and wine.
Simmer until liquid is slightly thickened.
Serve either hot or cold.
