Spanish Sausage

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Spicy spanish sausage 1 Pound, cut into thin rounds
  Ground coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry red rioja wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Saute garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add sausage and brown lightly.
Add coriander and wine.
Simmer until liquid is slightly thickened.
Serve either hot or cold.
