Chunky Tomato Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 , peeled, seeded and chopped
  Chopped seeded cucumber/Sweet green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onions 4 Small, chopped
  Chopped fresh basil/Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chilled tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In large glass bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, green onions and basil; stir in tomato juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until chilled.
