Spanish String Beans

  Green beans 1 Pound, cut in 1 inch pieces (3 Cup)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed

Cook fresh cut-up green beans; drain.
Meanwhile, cook chopped green pepper and onion in hot olive oil or cooking oil till tender but not brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, basil, rosemary, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Stir in cooked green beans; heat through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
