Ingredients
  Oranges 5 Medium, pared and each cut into 6 slices
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  Green pepper 1 , cut into rings
  Curly endive/Other salad greens 2
  Bottled oil and vinegar salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped ripe olives 2 Tablespoon
Directions

On each salad plate, arrange orange slices, onion rings, green pepper slices and endive.
Mix salad dressing and olives; spoon over each salad.
