|Oranges||5 Medium, pared and each cut into 6 slices|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced and separated into rings|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into rings|
|Curly endive/Other salad greens||2|
|Bottled oil and vinegar salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped ripe olives||2 Tablespoon|
On each salad plate, arrange orange slices, onion rings, green pepper slices and endive.
Mix salad dressing and olives; spoon over each salad.
