Ingredients
  Corn oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Pound
  Chicken stock 1 Pint
  Saffron 1 Pinch
  Green pepper 1 Small, blanched, seeded and chopped
  Canned pimento 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled seeded
Directions

Brush the pan with a little oil or melted butter.
Put in the rice and add the green pepper, pimento, tomatoes and shrimps.
Mix well and stir occasionally over gentle heat until the mixture is well heated through.
