Spanish Mushroom Filling

|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1 Small, cut into thin strips|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)|
Saute onion and green pepper in butter in medium skillet.
Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper; saute 3 more minutes.
Bring to boiling point; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
