Easy Spanish Brown Rice

Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chopped onion 1 Small
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green bell pepper 1 Small
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz) (Use Tomato Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown rice in oil.
Add all ingredients except water.
Stir and add water.
Stir again.
Cover and do not stir again.
Cook until done about 30 min.
