Spanish Beans

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large
  Tomato 1
  Chili 1
  Pepper 1 (Red Or Green)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Stock 1 1⁄2 Pint
  Runner beans 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice the vegetables thinly.
Cook the onion, tomato, chilli and pepper in the butter until soft and golden brown.
Add the flour, stir until brown then add the boiling stock.
Bring again to boiling point, add the sliced beans and salt and cook about 1/2 hour.
