Spanish Lamb Chops
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Lamb chops||4 (1 inch thick)|
Combine oil, lime juice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Pour mixture over lamb chops; refrigerate.
Marinate 24 hours.
Grill chops over hot coals, about 12 minutes per side.
Brush chops with marinade while cooking.
Heat remaining marinade; serve with chops
