Galician Steamed Fish In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  White fish fillet 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, peeled, quartered
  Bay leaf 1
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 6 Medium, peeled, seeded, chopped
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon
  White wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place fish, quartered onion, and bay leaf on large piece of aluminum foil.
Securely close foil.
Place fish in steamer; steam 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Heat oil in deep skillet.
Add garlic and chopped onion; saute until tender.
Add tomatoes, paprika, cayenne, chives, and wine.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Place fish on serving platter; top with tomato sauce.
