|Water||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maple syrup/Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green grapes||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Blueberries/Strawberries||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Chill 6 dessert dishes.
Cook rice with water, salt and butter or margarine according to package directions.
Stir in vanilla.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, fold in sour cream and maple syrup or brown sugar.
Spoon into dessert dishes.
Garnish with grapes or berries.
