Ingredients
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), peeled
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Small
  Onion 1⁄4 , chopped
  Cucumber 1
  Ripe tomato 1 Large
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable juice cocktail/Tomato juice 12 Ounce (2 Cans Of 6 Ounces, V8)
  Cumin powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Chop and mash together all but liquid ingredients.
Add liquid ingredients and blend on low speed of electric blender for only a moment.
