Pork Spanish Style
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Boneless pork||2 Pound, diced|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), diced|
|Potatoes||3 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|White turnips||3 , peeled and sliced|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded and diced|
|Red pepper||1 , diced|
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Beef bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix flour with salt and pepper and coat pork.
Heat olive oil in skillet and brown meat and garlic.
In a buttered 3-quart casserole, place alternate layers of meat and vegetables.
Mix tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce with bouillon and pour over mixture and bake in a 350° F oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
