Ingredients
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Uncooked regular rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion soup mix 1 Packet (1 Envelope)
  Hot water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), partially thawed
  Chopped bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Red / Green)
  Green olives 8 , sliced
  Chicken pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.
In 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan, combine oil with garlic; heat in oven 5 minutes.
Stir in uncooked rice until coated with oil.
Add onion soup mix blended with hot water; stir in peas, pepper and olives.
