Ingredients
  Chopped tomato 3 Pound (6 Cups Coarsely Chopped)
  Low sodium tomato juice 32 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Peeled chopped cucumber 2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 Medium)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped vidalia onion/Other sweet onion 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Basil vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Cover and chill.
