Southern Style Squash Andorra

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Small, sliced and separated into rings
  Crookneck squash 3 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  Frozen whole okra 10 Ounce, thawed and cut into bite-size pieces (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
Directions

Place onion slices, squash and okra on 24 x18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and lemon juice.
Fold and seal foil edges tightly.
Grill packet, on covered grill, over medium-hot briquets 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, turning packet over once.
