Gazpacho Refresher

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled
  Ice cubes 3
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Medium
  Carrot 1⁄4 Medium
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Medium
  Parsley sprigs 2
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 6 Drop
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, cut into spears
Directions

Place tomato juice in blender container.
While blending at high speed, add ice cubes, one at a time, blending till smooth.
Add green pepper, carrot, the 1/4 medium cucumber, parsley, lemon juice, garlic salt, and hot pepper sauce.
Cover and blend at high speed about 30 seconds.
