Spanish Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, finely diced
  Celery stalks 4 , finely diced
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , finely diced
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh tomato 1 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chili peppers To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, melt butter or margarine and sauté onion and celery.
2) Stir in green pepper, ketchup, tomatoes, seasoning and chile peppers.
3) Put the lid on and simmer the ketchup mixture until the vegetables are tender.

SERVING
4) Serve the Spanish Sauce as desired.
