|Feta cheese||2 Tablespoon, crumbled|
1. Break cauliflower into flowerets. Heat salsa and keep warm.
2. Steam cauliflower until tender (about 9-12 minutes); do not overcook.
3. Arrange the cauliflower in a serving dish and top with the warm salsa.
4. Garnish with the crumbled feta cheese.
