Authentic Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  Broiled lean ground beef 8 Ounce
  Stewed tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned green chilies 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), rinsed and diced (Drained)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Ground black pepper 1 Dash
  Long grain white rice 3 Ounce
  Frozen whole kernel corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; add beef, tomatoes, chilies, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil; lower heat.
2. Stir in rice, corn, onion, and 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 35 minutes.
