Spanish Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken parts 500 Gram
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 250 Milliliter
  Shortening 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Condensed tomato soup 5 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chablis/Other dry white wine 30 Milliliter
  Bay leaf 1 Medium
  Garlic clove 1 Medium, minced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut in squares
  Sliced pimiento stuffed olives 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

In frying pan, brown chicken and mushrooms in shortening; pour off fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes or until done.
Stir occasionally; remove bay leaf.
