Spanish Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
  Ground beef 125 Gram
  Salt 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliters)
  Carrot 1 Medium, sliced
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce (1 Can, 125 Milliliters)
  Chopped onion 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Sliced pimiento stuffed olives 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Sugar 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Water 125 Milliliter
  Dry red wine 50 Milliliter
Directions

In saucepan cook beef till brown, drain fat.
Add salt and pepper.
Add tomato soup, carrot, mushrooms, onion, olives and sugar.
Stir in water and wine.
Cover, simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until carrot is tender, stir occasionally.
Sprinkle individual servings with a little grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
