Ingredients
  Tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (condensed)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

In bowl, combine soup, water, oil, vinegar, and garlic.
Chill 4 hours.
