Broiled Spanish Shrimp

Ingredients
  Spanish shrimp 2 Pound (raw)
  Parsley 4 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Marinate shrimp overnight.
Broil with only the oil that clings to them, about 3 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and salt if needed, but remember seafood carries its own salt box.
