Spanish Rice With Beef

|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Large, minced|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quick cooking rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked|
|Pepper||1 Dash (Generous)|
In skillet, brown beef and cook onion, green pepper, and garlic until vegetables are tender.
Pour off fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir now and then.
