Spanish Delight

Ingredients
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Dash
  Ground ginger 1 Dash
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar replacement 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine cinnamon stick, nutmeg, cloves and ginger with water in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Remove cinnamon stick.
Add unflavored gelatin, chocolate chips and sugar replacement.
Stir to dissolve completely.
Refrigerate until completely set.
