Uncooked Yogurt Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled and chopped
  Seeded hot green chilies 1 Tablespoon (Fresh/Canned)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Plain yogurt 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cucumber slices/Radish 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Watercress sprig 1
Directions

1. Combine the tomatoes, chilies, onion, parsley, and salt to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2. Stir in the yogurt. Garnish each serving with radish or cucumber slices and a sprig of watercress.
