Gazpacho

Ingredients
  French bread square 2 Cup (32 tbs), soaked in 3 cup water
  Minced garlic 4 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled and diced
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 6 Drop
  Ground cumin 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Diced green tomato 1
  Coriander sprig 2
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Puree ingredients, except diced tomato and coriander sprigs, and chill.
Adjust seasonings and serve in chilled bowls; garnish with a generous amount of green tomato and sprigs of coriander.
Pass the peppermill.
