|Lean hamburg||1 Pound|
|Chopped green pepper||1|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz) (Or 1 Tin)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Brown meat in a skillet, then add onion and green pepper. Mix well.
2. Add rice, and stir until rice is lightly browned.
3. Add water, soup and mustard.
4. Season, then cover and cook slowly until rice is tender.
