|Rice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), uncooked|
|Chicken stock||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||14 Ounce, spiced|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coriander leaf||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
– Combine all ingredients, except the green onion, in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
– Spoon mixture into a serving dish, garnish with chopped coriander leaf and serve.
