Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  Rice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), uncooked
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 14 Ounce, spiced
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaf 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

–  Combine all ingredients, except the green onion, in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
–  Spoon mixture into a serving dish, garnish with chopped coriander leaf and serve.
