|Basmati rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Deharadun rice)|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon (salad oil)|
|Small onion pieces||4 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), ground to paste|
|Capsicum pieces||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato puree||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chilly powder||To Taste|
|Boiled carrot pieces||100 Gram|
|Boiled peas||100 Gram|
|Beans pieces||100 Gram|
|Cheese||6 Tablespoon, grated|
Wash rice and remove all water
heat oil and season with onion
when onion changes it colour,
add garlic and rice, slowly mix it,see rice does not break
add tomato puree, salt,chilly pd.,pepper and enough water to cook.
Cover the vessel with lid with water on it,if need add this water to rice.
As rice is about to cook ,add all boiled vegetables and capsicum and mix finely or slowly.
while serving add grated cheese.
