Spanish Rice

Spanish Rice is easy to make. This Spanish Rice does not cost you much either. What more can you probably look forward to!
Ingredients
  Tempeh 12 Ounce (multigrain or soy variety)
  Tamari 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Minced garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Onion powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Brown rice 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (180 Gram)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (240 Gram)
  Water 720 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Cayenne powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium-size stainless steel or glass mixing bowl.
In a large skillet saute the celery, onion and bell pepper in 2 tbs oil, until soft.
Stir in the rice until lightly toasted.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover.
Simmer 1 hour.
Brown tempeh mixture in 2 tsp oil and add to rice mixture.
