Spanish Meat Patties

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Form into 12 small patties and brown quickly on both sides in hot melted fat.
Pour over meat and cover pan.
Simmer for 30 minutes, turning several times.
