Ingredients
  Shallots 25 Gram
  Chopped garlic 10 Gram
  Diced tomatoes 50 Gram (blanched)
  Green pea 30 Gram (fresh)
  Soaked raw rice 100 Gram (arborio)
  Prawns 3 , cleaned (with head)
  Cut in ring squids 2
  Mussels 4 , cleaned
  Fish cube 25 Gram (small)
  Fish stock 250 Milliliter
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Crushed black pepper To Taste
  Mixed herb 25 Gram (fresh)
  Saffron 1⁄4 Teaspoon, soaked
Directions

-Heat paella pan and add olive oil
-Sauté shallots and garlic
-Add tomatoes and season
-Add soaked rice and sauté
-Add fish stock slowly and cook till 60 % doneness
-Add saffron water
-Add seafood tuck in seafood as you are garnishing the dish
-Sprinkle herbs and finish in oven covered with al -foil
