Gazpacho With White Wine

Gazpacho! At last I have come upon a classic Gazpacho recipe that will definitely not let me down. Here is a guaranteed way to prepare yummy Gazpacho for your parties. Try it!
Ingredients
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Cucumber 1 , sliced and chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 , minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vege salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Peel tomato and cucumber; remove seeds from green pepper.
Chop vegetables, then put into blender with minced onion, garlic, salt, paprika, and tomato juice.
Blend at high speed.
Add oil and lemon.
Chill for two hours.
At serving time, add wine and several ice cubes.
Pour into soup tureen and set on platter where you've arranged bowls of condiments to be used as garnish.
Include among the condiments: chopped green onion, cucumber slices, and chopped tomato.
