Clear Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Avocado 1 , peeled, pitted and sliced
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Chicken broth 2 1⁄2 Quart (Regular Strength)
  Tomatoes 6 Medium, peeled and chopped
Condiments
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a soup tureen or clear glass bowl (at least 3-qt. size) set in a larger bowl of shaved ice, mix tomatoes, broth, wine vinegar, oregano, oil, and salt to taste.
Chill, if made ahead.
