Spanish Beef And Rice
|Chopped green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||300 Milliliter (2 1/2 Soup Can)|
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Chopped onion||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned condensed tomato soup||52 1⁄2 Ounce (5 Cans, 10 1/2 Ounces Each)|
|Cooked rice||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
Brown beef and cook onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender.
Stir to separate meat particles.
Mix in remaining ingredients except rice.
Simmer a few minutes to blend flavors.
Remove bay leaf; add cooked rice.
Pour mixture into baking pan (12 x 18 x 2 ).
Bake in a 400° oven 30 minutes or until bubbling.
