Spanish Beef And Rice

Ingredients
  Bay leaf 1
  Chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Water 300 Milliliter (2 1/2 Soup Can)
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned condensed tomato soup 52 1⁄2 Ounce (5 Cans, 10 1/2 Ounces Each)
  Cooked rice 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Directions

Brown beef and cook onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender.
Stir to separate meat particles.
Mix in remaining ingredients except rice.
Simmer a few minutes to blend flavors.
Remove bay leaf; add cooked rice.
Pour mixture into baking pan (12 x 18 x 2 ).
Bake in a 400° oven 30 minutes or until bubbling.
