Simple Microwaved Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  Instant rice 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Finely chopped green peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Bacon drippings 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in 1 quart casserole.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 10 to 12 MINUTES on HIGH, or until water is absorbed.
Fluff rice with fork
