Spanish Style Rice
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)|
|Diced fully cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mexican seasoning mix||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried green pepper flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Quick cooking rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a medium saucepan combine tomatoes, ham, water, Mexican Seasoning, green pepper flakes, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
Bring to boiling.
Stir in rice.
Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or till rice is tender.
