|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Small|
|Cayenne pepper/Crushed hot pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 can)|
Saute onion and garlic in shortening until lightly browned.
Add tomato sauce and pepper; bring to a full boil.
Add eggs and cook until eggs are set medium soft.
Salt and pepper to taste.
