Hot Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Tomato juice/Vegetable juice cocktail 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Beef bouillon cubes/2 envelopes instant beef broth 2 , crumbled
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop (To Taste)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed
  Flavored croutons 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped cucumber 1
  Chopped onion 1
  Chopped green pepper 1
Directions

Place tomato juice in a non-metallic soup tureen or deep, 2 1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non metallic casserole and heat, uncovered, on full power 6 minutes or until boiling.
Stir in bouillon cubes until dissolved.
Add the 2 chopped tomatoes, the 1/4 cup green pepper, the 1/4 cup onion, vinegar, oil, salt, worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and garlic.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 2 minutes.
