|Bulgur||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Hot broth||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use Chicken Or Beef)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Canned)|
|Dried beans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cooked|
Heat oil in heavy bottom saucepan.
Add bulgur and saute until golden.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
