Spanish Sandwiches has a Mouth-watering taste. The tomatoes juice and cheese gives the Spanish Sandwiches Ostentatious taste. Must go for it
Ingredients
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Buttered toast slices 4
Directions

Saute pimiento and onion in butter 5 minutes.
Add tomato juice, cheese, salt, and paprika; cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Stir small amount into egg.
Return to hot mixture; cook 2 minutes.
