Classic Spaghetti Alla Carbonara

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Ounce
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Cooked pork 2 Ounce, chopped
  Capocollo 2 Ounce, chopped
  Bacon/Pancetta 2 Ounce, chopped
  Sweet red pepper 1 , chopped
  Red wine 4 Ounce
  Beef stock 4 Ounce
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and chopped
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Ziti 1 Pound, cooked and drained
  Parmesan cheese 4 Ounce, grated
Directions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the onion, garlic and meat for 5 minutes.
Add the next 8 ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve with grated cheese on top.
