|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped (Small Clove)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned italian tomatoes with juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Tuna||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Spaghetti||1 Pound, cooked|
Saute garlic in oil until lightly colored.
Stir and cook 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and juice.
Simmer uncovered over low heat 25 minutes.
Break tuna into small pieces.
Add to sauce, mixing well.
Remove from heat and stir in butter.
