Spaghetti In A Skillet

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed (Small Clove)
  Minced green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Peeled diced tomatoes/1 can tomatoes 2 2/3 cups water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Spaghetti 8 Ounce, broken in thirds
  Toast slices 3 , spread with garlic butter (For Garnish)
Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown meat, onion and garlic, stirring to break up meat.
Add green pepper.
Cook 3 minutes longer.
Add tomatoes, water, ketchup, salt, oregano and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Add spaghetti.
Bring back to a boil, stirring to separate spaghetti pieces.
Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into a serving dish.
Cut garlic toast into triangles and arrange around edge of serving dish.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
