Spaghetti Alla Carbonara

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Bacon slices 4 , diced
  Chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarse ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook spaghetti as directed in chart .
Drain and set aside.
Place bacon in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes.
Drain.
Stir in onion and butter.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in spaghetti and wine.
Beat together egg, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir into spaghetti mixture.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir, cover and let stand 3 minutes before serving.
